Robert Langford, PT
Robert L. Langford, PT, physical therapist and owner, has lived in Palm Desert since the practice began in 1983. Rob earned his degree in Physical Therapy from CSU Northridge/UCLA in 1981. Prior to opening his private practice, Rob provided physical therapy in the hospital setting, skilled nursing facilities, and home health. His passion is the rehabilitation of shoulder conditions. He is also experienced in treatment of TMJ (jaw) disorders, headaches, and vestibular disorders.
He is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and Physical Therapy Provider Network, Inc. He is a former lecturer/advisor for the Arthritis Foundation, a past Board member for the Foundation for the Retarded of the Desert, and the first Official Physical Therapist for the Newsweek Professional Tennis Tournament.
On the personal side… Rob and his wife, Brenda, have two daughters and a golden retriever. His nickname was “Mr. Goodwrench”, and it holds true today. But, his true love is deep sea fishing. If you really want to get Rob going, ask him about boats.
